Content on this site, including cost ranges, timelines, rental and value figures, and descriptions of ADU rules, is general information. It is not a quote, an appraisal, or legal, tax, or financial advice. Every property, city, and project is different, and actual costs, timelines, rents, and values will vary.
Feasibility reviews and estimates
A free feasibility review is an informational, no-obligation assessment. It does not create a contract. Any design or construction work is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by you and JBC.
Contractor license
J B C Design & Build Co holds California Contractors State License Board license #982238 (classifications A, B, C-8, and C-27). You can verify any contractor’s license at cslb.ca.gov.
Your submissions
When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to request information about the property. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose, submit false information, attempt to interfere with the site, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
